Credits & Attribution — Podium

The Hebrew text above is the legally binding version. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Question content — Wikipedia and Wikidata

Every question in Podium rests on a Wikipedia article and/or a Wikidata query. The link to the source article, the Wikidata property used and the snapshot date are shown on the reveal screen at the end of each round — that is the per-question attribution.

• Wikipedia — article text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence. Question wording and the "short fact" are written by us; where text from an article is quoted, it is passed on under the same licence, and the link to the article and its edit history (where contributors are listed) constitutes attribution. Facts, numbers and rankings as such are not protected by copyright.
• Wikidata — structured data (population, area, dates, QIDs) is available under Creative Commons CC0 1.0 (public domain dedication).
• Wikipedia and Wikidata are projects of the Wikimedia Foundation. Podium is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Wikimedia Foundation. "Wikipedia" and "Wikidata" are trademarks of the Wikimedia Foundation.

⚠️ VERIFY WITH COUNSEL — whether naming "Wikipedia" on the reveal screen and in these documents complies with Wikimedia's trademark policy (descriptive/attributive use is generally permitted).

2. The "Podium" name

"פודיום" / "Podium" and the logo are the game's names as chosen by telluric.solutions Ltd.. The name is subject to an availability check in the app stores, the domain and the Israeli trademark register (open item O1 in the design document). Until that check is complete the name should not be treated as a registered trademark. ⚠️ VERIFY WITH COUNSEL — outcome of the clearance search and whether to file an application.

4. Fonts

⚠️ VERIFY WITH COUNSEL / VERIFY WITH DEV — as of writing the code loads no dedicated font (system fonts are used). If a font is added, the recommended wording:

The Noto Sans Hebrew / Noto Sans fonts (Google) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The fonts are not sold on their own and the licence notice is kept in the font files.

5. Icons and media

Illustrations & icons

• Illustrations — the empty-state, offline and onboarding illustrations are based on Open Doodles by Pablo Stanley, released under CC0 1.0 (public domain dedication). They were recoloured to the game palette and cropped. Per-file details: public/assets/LICENSES.md.
• Icons — ⚠️ VERIFY WITH DEV: the interface is planned to use Phosphor Icons under the MIT licence; confirm this entry once the package is added to the code.
• The podium mark and the app icon are original work by telluric.solutions Ltd..
• Emoji shown in text (e.g. the share grid) come from the device's system font.
• Sounds — no third-party sound files at present; sounds are synthesised in code.
